GENERAL
Courses will start at 9:00am until 5:00pm.

All courses will start with Coffee, Registration and Site Safety Induction
(Please ensure you notify Trainer of any dietary requirements)

Tea/Coffee Breaks will be at 10:30am and 2:30pm
Lunch will be at 12:30pm for 30mins

Practical Exercise will require relevant PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) which will be provided except for Protective Footwear
Protective footwear can be purchased at cost at the start of the Course.

Practical Exercises cannot be carried out without appropriate PPE.

PROTECTIVE COATINGS APPLICATION: Module 1
(Orange/Bronze Card)

Module 1 must be completed before any other modules can be started

ABRASIVE BLAST CLEANING: Module 2
(Silver Card)
Requires valid module 1 Certificate
Price on Application

Module 1 Certification required before module 2 can be started.
Module 1 Certificate is valid for 5 years.

Introduction, Health and Safety, Blast Media, Standards and Quality Control, Operational Procedures, Process Control.

SPRAY PAINTING: Module 3
(Silver Card)
Requires valid module 1 Certificate

Module 1 Certification required before module 3 can be started.
Module 1 Certificate is valid for 5 years.

COATING APPLICATOR SPECIALIST: Modules

Silver Card	Delegates who successfully complete training in Protective Coatings Application (Module 1) Abrasive Blast Cleaning (Module 2) or Spray Painting (Module 3) and have 1,600 hours applicator and 800 hours Blaster OR 800 hours Sprayer experience	Price on Application
Gold Card	Delegates who successfully complete training in Protective Coatings Application (Module 1), Abrasive Blast Cleaning (Module 2), Spray Painting (Module 3)	Price on Application
A Course Certificate will be issued on successful completion of the course by FIC Training LTD. The ID Cards will be issued by Train the Painter by Post. (Please allow 7 to 10 Days for Delivery) The ID Card is also the industry standard CSCS Card.
